Check out our AMAZING new performance space, in the Mountain View Performing Arts Center!
Welcome to our brand new MV Dance room—designed with heart, function, and creativity in every detail! Located in the Performing Arts Center, this will be the new rehearsal space for all levels of our program, including Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced, Hip Hop Crew, and Elevate Dance Company. The space features a spacious performance area with smooth wood floors perfect for every style of movement, two fully equipped dressing rooms, a costume closet for all our performance needs, and an on-site office to keep everything running smoothly. A standout feature is the stunning wooden MV Dance logo mounted proudly on the wall, handcrafted by our talented MVT Lumberjocks—an inspiring reminder of the passion and teamwork that fuels our dance family.
On April 4, 2023 Mountain View High School officially unveiled its new Performing Arts Center! The state-of-the-art facility definitely has that “wow factor” and is home to the school’s robust fine arts programs, including choir, orchestra, band, audio production, guitar, piano, graphic design and more!
The two-story facility boasts approximately 40,000 square feet, featuring four ensemble rooms equipped with the latest recording technology and equipment, seven practice rooms, a piano lab with 24 electronic keyboards, three instructional classrooms and an audio recording studio. The building’s large auditorium and lobby with seating for 180 will provide perfect venues for student performances and presentations. We are so excited for our Toro artists! #MPSalign
In March, 2023, Arizona's top architects, contractors and developers gathered together at the 2023 Real Estate Development Awards to honor the year's best real estate projects. We are proud to share that Mountain View High School's modernization was recognized as the K-12 Education Project of the Year. Congratulations to Chasse Building Team and all the professionals who were involved in this project that will benefit more than 3,000 high school students.
